Event 1: February 22, 1939
You should place a 1-3 sentence description of the event here. In doing this, viewers who are unfamiliar with Pearl Harbor will be able to get a sense of why Pearl Harbor happened in the first place. Not all of your descriptions have to be 3 sentences. However, depending on the event you choose, some may be more. Please place a picture below each event. You will need to save pictures on your desktop, rather than research them through Weebly the way I showed you.
Event 2: April 3, 1940
The dates in my titles are just examples. I simply want you to know what the timeline should look like once you create your Timeline on your own website. Make sure that the first two events are major events that happened prior to the actual bombing on December 7, 1941.
Event 3: December 7, 1941
Okay, I am giving you this event. Clearly, the date of the actual bombing is most significant. However, think about what else was going on aside from the bombing itself for your next event.
Event 4: December 23, 1941
Remember, your second event can be anything about the actual event itself. That doesn't mean that it has to be an event that happened on the same day. What I mean is, choose an event that happened within the month of the bombing. You can even choose to research a particular individual and use that individual as an event.
Event 5: March 25, 1942
The last two events should discuss the events that took place after the bombing. Again, you may research a specific individual if you wish, as long as this individual was significant to the aftermath.
Event 6: November 23, 2016
You may even want to discuss where America is today since the bombing happened. Just, please, make sure your pictures are relevant. As you can see, the picture I have below is of a chicken. I can assure you, you will lose points if your pictures aren't relevant. So, please, take the time to research your pictures, too, not just your information.
